Chef Eric Teo, the first Singaporean to be appointed as the President of the Singapore Chefs' Association, has more than two decades of culinary experience in the F&B industry. His achievements include leading a team of chefs in International Culinary Competitions such as IKA Culinary World Olympics and World Cup, being honoured as the Executive Chef at the World Gourmet Summit for 3 years, and was invited as a mentor judge in the FHA International Culinary Competition.
